At Gulorian, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure that you love what you order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy under the terms outlined below.

This policy currently applies to women’s clothing sold on our website. As we expand our product range in the future, this policy will apply unless stated otherwise.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The wrong product or size has been delivered

  • The product does not match the description shown on the website

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, or alteration

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

  • Any item marked as Final Sale (if applicable in the future)


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@gulorian.com 

  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable)

  3. Our team will review the request and guide you through the return process

Once approved, pickup or return instructions will be shared.


4. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available

  • In certain locations, customers may be asked to self-ship the product

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be communicated clearly before processing


5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via:

  • Bank transfer or UPI (details to be shared by the customer)


6. Exchange Policy

At present, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or product, please place a new order after the return is approved.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process


8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images/videos of the issue for faster resolution
